Cops For Cancer “Car & Jar Challenge”

Jan 31

On Friday, February 2, the We Team is launching their last fundraiser of the year for Cops for Cancer.

It is called the “Car and Jar Challenge”.

For only $2, students may buy a ticket to guess how many objects they think are in a “jar” and enter to win the jar.

There are ten jars in total so there are lots of chances to win.

There are jars of yummy candies, terrific toys, fun fidgets, super stationery, and awesome arts and crafts materials, so there are lots of options to choose from!

AND there is one other great option to choose from –

Students may also buy a $2 ticket and answer a little skill-testing question to enter to win the chance to accompany our very own police liaison officer, Constable Hilliard, as a special officer for the day.   Four lucky winners will get to ride along with Constable Hilliard (in his “car”) and see what being a police liaison officer is all about!

Our “Car and Jar Challenge” will run from Friday, February 2 until Thursday, February 15,  and the winners will be announced at our Cops for Cancer Celebration Assembly on Friday, February 16.

Your ticket donations help Cops for Cancer’s campaign to support pediatric cancer research and Camp Good Times for children battling cancer.

As a reminder, here’s a great video about the positive impact of Camp GoodTimes!

Thanks so much for your support in this worthwhile cause.
